Job Description for Elected Politician
Education & experience required: Minimum Bachelor with 5-7 years of social work track record or community services record?
Age limit:- As per Indian retirement age for Govt Employees.
Achievements:-What are the achievements during their 5-7 years of community service?
Secular character :- They should be prohibited for using religion in their political career. They should be professionally dressed up without demonstrating their individual faith in their dress code bcoz being a public servant they should project a image by which people of all faith feel connected. Seeing bhagwa kurta or green topi with kajal in eyes politician projects very orthodox image by which community at large do not approach them in a frank manner.
Criminal record:- They should not be guilty in any civil or criminal case as per Indian judicial system.
Well behaved:- After winning the elections they should take an oath for not shouting like idiots in the parliament and waste tax payers money. No use of abusive language for each other. Any parliamentarian shouting and disturbing the proceedings should be debarred immediately and he should not be allowed to contest election next time.
Compulsory military training for him and all the adult family members as per Army directives (on age).
Riot management: any politician should not be allowed to contest the elections again in case he/she fails to control the riots.
Fight with terror:-Deputation of his/her family members in the terror strikes, riot mgt, war. Their family members should be first to go and fight against any attack. In case some one does not have any kids then their relative should go for the training and deputations. In a situation where he/she does not have any, he or she himself should go and fight.
Performance appraisal:- targets should be set on annual basis so that whatever Netaji had promised during elections and in their manifestos they deliver by the end of their tenure. If not? They should not be allowed to contest elections again.
