I used to wonder how insecure bosses do not allow their high performing subordinates to grow within their gigantic umbrella. It often happens that ghostly boss’s image seems to be so dark that either one is left with no choice except looking for an another job & resign to move on with life alongwith tremendous anxiety OR CONTINUE the STAR PERFORMANCE till you are noticed by the TOP GUY in your company.

I made my own decision to go with the second option. If you find an organization as a good option to work for but boss seems to be a speed breaker, the magic is to CONTINUE WORKING HARD AND SMART because at the end of the day no organization in face of the earth will allow an employee with a difference and high contribution in a most effective & efficient way to leave, becoz of any insecure individual. My experience says no one can hide the glory of the SUN & FRAGANCE of a flower.

We should work in such a manner that decision makers are forced to track you down in the organization to thank you & reward you for the difference you made.

& LIVE WITH THE PRIDE. OR, in the future if u decide, LEAVE WITH PRIDE!
