Boot-e-sifaal baqi reh gaya, gum kis kadar jiye,
Noor-e-jamal kho gaya jo talab aanso kiya kare.

(Sifaal=clay, jamal=beauty)

Tijarat-e-eshq main hisaab na rakha na manga roop,
Duniya ne banta sab magar; hum talab dard hi kiya kare.

(Tijarat=trade, faiz=profit,)

Manzar-e-Qyamat kya kahiye, hum tanha tanha phir se hain,
Hai akhiri hasrat wasl-e-sanam khud ki wehshat se jhuja kiye.

(Hasrat=wish, wasl=meeting, wehshat = solitude)

My Truth

I often think about the TRUTH. What was it? What is it? What it’s going to be like? I used to get blurred vision with the dark circles in front of my open eyes. This tussle & struggle is been on for a while now. For last few days it’s getting clearer. The mist is evaporating now. The dark circles are leading my soul deep inside a very tiny beam of LIGHT. This light is leading me towards a RAY. The RAY converts into a wider and wider “CHAKRA”. The CHAKRA, that is bright, shiny full of energy and gives very holistic & divine feeling. Initially I was confused, sacred & restless to face it. I was reluctant to open my eyes and then gradually I dared to raise my lids and had my first spiritual experience. TUFF LIFE INDEED

I feel that it's really difficult to find good real friends for HR Professionals in general and Recruitment managers in particular. Whoever we meet with, be it any professional forums, HR Meetings, workshops or trainings programs, we exchange cards for so called "networking". Next day at work, we end up receiving cvs from all the ends. This is not only at work though. If we have any personal family visits, functions or get togehter, we are introduced as a person walking with jobs in our pockets. We reach office next day and ur inbox will be with at least couple of cvs from uncles and aunts with heavy emotional recommandations by our friend or perhaps friend's friends.thanks to LINKEDINS & chain is ever lasting. If we are somehow not able to "HELP" them with a job, we LOOSE them as a friend or relative for sure.
